01Check-in and check-out

Check-in:
Check-in is available daily from 2:00 PM.

Check-out:
Please vacate your room by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.

24/7 service:
We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and public holidays.

02Accommodations for Families with Children

Staying with children:
We are happy to welcome families. Children up to and including 4 years old stay free of charge.

Extra bed:
An extra bed is available upon prior request and subject to availability.

03Rules and Restrictions

For the comfort of all guests, please follow the basic house rules. Smoking is not allowed in the rooms — guests may use the terrace for smoking.

Pets are not allowed. Please keep this in mind when planning your stay.

We also encourage the responsible use of resources. When leaving your room, please turn off the lights and TV, close the windows, and make sure the taps are turned off.

04Reservations and Cancellations

A prepayment equal to the cost of the first night is required to confirm the reservation.

If the reservation is cancelled more than 7 calendar days before the check-in date, the prepayment will be refunded, minus 10% of the payment amount. If cancelled less than 7 calendar days before check-in, the prepayment is non-refundable.

To cancel a reservation, please contact the El Patio manager.

05Maintenance and service

Housekeeping:
Rooms are cleaned regularly by professional staff.

Towels:
We will replace towels and provide additional towels or toiletries upon request.

06Financial liability

Property Protection:
Guests are responsible for the condition of the room’s interior, appliances, and furniture.

Compensation:
Guests must fully compensate the hotel for any material damage caused to its property.
